Pursuant to Regulation 30, Texmaco Rail & Engineering has informed that JSW (South) Rail Logistics has awarded a Letter of Intent of Rs. 253.28 crores (including taxes) for Manufacture and Supply of BFNSM1 Rakes along with BVCM Wagons. The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 are enclosed.
