EPL informs about dispatch of communication to holders of physical securities

In terms of Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), EPL has informed that the Company has today, on June 19, 2026, dispatched a communication to the holders of physical securities of the Company (‘said letter’), requesting them to furnish PAN, Postal Address with PIN, email address, mobile number, bank account details and choice of nomination to the Company and/or its Registrars & Share Transfer Agents of the Company - Bigshare Services (‘RTA’), in the prescribed forms, which are available on the respective website(s) of the Company and the RTA. A specimen copy of the said letter is enclosed.
