Jai Corp informs about closure of trading window

Jai Corp has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders of the Company from July 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Date of the meeting of the Board of Directors where the said financial results are to be considered will be intimated in due course. Intimation was furnished on the portals of the designated depository, National Securities Depository Limited, pursuant to Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023.
