String Metaverse has informed that with reference to the Record Date intimation filed by the Company on June 05, 2026, wherein Friday, June 19, 2026, was specified as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of public shareholders for the Bonus Issue, and further to the undertaking submitted by the Company on June 08, 2026, submitted the updated details as provided in the enclosed Annexure – A. Pursuant to the change in the Shareholding Pattern (SHP) of the Company as on the Record Date, the allotment of bonus shares to the public shareholders has been carried out in accordance with the revised details set out in Annexure – A. The company undertook that credit of bonus shares in the depository system will be completed latest by 12 PM of next working day of the record date, on Monday 22nd June, 2026 (T+1 day), and also, the company ensured that the same will be available for trading on BOD (Beginning of the Day) of T+2 day, Tuesday 23rd June, 2026. This undertaking is being furnished in compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/CIR/CFD/PoD/2024/122 dated September 16, 2024.
