Suryaamba Spinning Mills has informed that it enclosed copies of the Newspaper Advertisement published on June 22, 2026, regarding Transfer of Equity Shares of the Company to the [nvestor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 6 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016. The Notice has been published in the following newspapers: Business Standard (English Daily Newspaper) dated June 22, 2026 - All Editions Ninadam (Telangana Daily Newspaper) dated June 22, 2026 - Hyderabad Edition (in Telugu Language). Reminder letters were sent by way of Speed Post and Registered Post to the shareholders who have not claimed their dividends for seven or more consecutive years and whose shares are liable for transfer to the Demat Account of IEPF Authority pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, as amended from time to time As required under the Listing Regulations, advertisement may also be accessed on the website of the Company, www.suryaamba.com.
