Western Ministil has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Monday,22nd June, 2026 and based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the appointment of Satish Ramsevak Pandey (DIN: 03563657), to hold the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effective from 22nd June, 2026 under Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 read with its applicable Rules and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The disclosure as required under Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 is attached and marked as Annexure A.
