Further to its letter dated May 05, 2026 wherein the company had informed, regarding recommended a dividend of ? 8 per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each of the company for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company. Onward Technologies has informed that he Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of Members to the aforesaid Dividend will be Friday, July 3, 2026. The dividend, subject to approval of the Shareholders and tax deduction at source (TDS) as per the provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration as provided in the Companies Act, 2013.
