Vapi Enterprise has informed that the terms of the Company's Code of Conduct the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company for the directors, promoters KMP, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company the trading window will be closed for trading in securities of the Company from 01st July, 2026 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
