International Gemological Institute has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today Tuesday, June 23, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, have approved the appointment of Nitika Dalmia (Membership No.: A33501) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, designated as a Key Managerial Personnel, with effective from July 1, 2026. Nitika Dalmia has also been appointed as the Nodal Officer under the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 with effective from July 1, 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Securities and Exchange Board of India Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed and marked as Annexure I.
