Yuken India informs about closure of trading window

Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, Yuken India has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Trading Window closure. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the financial results will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
