Powerica incorporates wholly owned subsidiary

Powerica has incorporation a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Whisperwind Renewable’ (WRPL). The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved the incorporation of the said WOS on June 27, 2026.

The main objects of WRPL include setting up, development and construction of renewable power projects, wind power projects, wind park, solar power project, Wind-Solar Hybrid Projects or any other renewable power projects, power generation from Wind Projects/Wind-Solar Hybrid Projects/any other renewable source of power and all other allied activities relating to setting up of wind parks or wind power projects.

Powerica, along with its subsidiaries and associate, is engaged in business of manufacturing, trading and other services related to generator sets and generation of electricity from wind power.
