Panafic Industrials informs about closure of trading window

As per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), Panafic Industrials has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, 15th July, 2026 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026 During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Company's shares / securities.
