Manipal Finance Corporation informs about closure of trading window

Manipal Finance Corporation has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) from 1st July, 2026 and the same would remain closed till the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 30th June, 2025. The window will open 48 hours after the announcement of results.
