Pursuant to the clause 4 (2) of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, Suryalata Spinning Mills has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from start of business hours of July 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2026 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said Code.
