UPL has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Company’s securities will remain closed from June 30, 2026, for all the Designated Persons of the Company. The closure is in connection with the finalization of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges where the securities of the Company are listed.
