In terms of the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons’ adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, Bajaj Auto has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons along with their immediate relatives/dependents from 01 July 2026 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited standalone & consolidated financial results for the quarter ending 30 June 2026. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the unaudited standalone & consolidated financial results for the quarter ending 30 June 2026 shall be intimated separately.
