In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Persistent Systems has informed that the Trading Window has been closed for dealing in Company’s shares in any manner, from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 (IST), till the end of 48 hours after the declaration and release of the financial results for the quarter ended as of June 30, 2026. The Company has already communicated about the said closure of the trading window to its Promoters, Promoter Group, Board of Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons of the Company including their respective immediate relatives and Connected Persons of the Company. The intimation of the meeting of the Board of Directors will be submitted to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
