Power Grid Corporation Of India Ltd.

Power Grid Corporation of India has informed that this is in furtherance to letter dated 10th June, 2026 (copy enclosed), wherein the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 10th June, 2026 had considered and approved the appointment of Venkata Subrahamanayam Vallurie, Chief General Manager (F&A), as Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) of the Company with effect from 01st July, 2026. In this regard, Power Grid Corporation of India has informed that Venkata Subrahamanayam Vallurie has assumed the charge of CFO of the Company with effect from 01st July, 2026. The other details as per relevant provisions of SEBI Master Circular dated 30th January, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure A.
