Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026, Shree Renuka Sugars has informed that, Jean Luc Bohbot (DIN: 06857132), vide his letter dated 30th June 2026, has tendered his resignation from the position of Non-Executive Director of the Company (‘SRSL’), with effect from 1st July 2026. The resignation will come into effect from today, 2nd July 2026 which is the date of receipt of resignation letter by the Company. The copy of the letter is enclosed. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026, are mentioned in Annexure-1.
