Talbros Automotive Components informs about execution of joint venture agreement

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and further to its earlier intimation dated 23 February, 2026, Talbros Automotive Components has informed that the Company has, today, 2nd July, 2026, executed a Joint Venture Agreement with Lohum Cleantech (the ‘JV Partner’) for carrying on the business of trading, manufacturing, producing, and refining of recovered Carbon Black (rCB) and devulcanized rubber, through a joint venture company, Lohum Talbros CarbonTech. The disclosure required under the aforesaid Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure-I.
