OnMobile Global has informed that the 26th AGM of the Members of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 4.00 pm IST through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means. The Notice of the 26th AGM of the Company and Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 will be sent only by the electronic mode to all the shareholders whose email IDs are registered with the Company/ Depositories and will also be available on the Company's website at www.onmobile.com in due course. A letter will be sent to the shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered, providing the web- link including the exact path of Company’s website from where the Annual Report and AGM Notice can be accessed. The company has enclosed copies of newspaper advertisement published in this regard, in Financial Express (in English) and Hosadigantha (in Kannada), pursuant to applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
