As per the Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems has informed that the Company is also sending a letter providing the web-link, including the exact path of the Annual Report 2025-26, to the Members who have not registered their e-mail address with the Company / the Depositories.
