Borana Weaves informs about receipt of approval

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III thereto, Borana Weaves has informed that the Company has received a Letter of Approval from the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, approving the induction of the company as a participant company under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for Textiles - Round 3 (PLI-Textiles). A copy of the approval letter received from the Ministry of Textiles is enclosed.
