AccelerateBS India informs about record date for final dividend

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, AccelerateBS India has informed that the Company has fixed Monday, July 20, 2026 as the ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26. Above-mentioned Final Dividend, if declared at the fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, will be paid to eligible Shareholders within 30 days from the declaration of Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
