Nestle India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 3rd July 2026 declared a Special Dividend 2026 of Rs. 2/- (Rupees two only) per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee one only) each on the entire issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of 1,928,314,320 equity shares, to be paid out of the retained earnings of the Company.
