ln compliance with Regulation 7(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations,2018, Machino Plastics has forwarded a copy of the Confirmation Certificate dated 1st July,2026 received from Alankit Assignments, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 certifying that the securities comprised in the certificates of securities dematerialized have been listed on the stock exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed.
