FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per July 03 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Friday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL. 

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 16754.23 crore against gross selling of Rs 14405.27 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2348.96 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 6712.93 crore with gross sales of Rs 6532.07 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 180.86 crore in debt.

Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 538.34 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 189.81 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 167.67 crore.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 46.77 crore against gross selling of Rs 45.44 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1.33 crore in hybrid segment.
