G R Infraprojects informs about issue of completion certificate

In accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, G R Infraprojects has informed that the project ‘Construction of 4-Lane Greenfield expressway spur from Delhi-Vadodara Greenfield expressway near Bandikui to Jaipur in Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I in the state of Rajasthan on Hybrid Annuity Mode’ of GR Bandikui Jaipur Expressway Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has been completed. The Completion certificate has been issued by the Independent Engineer on June 30, 2026 and has declared the project fit for entry into commercial operation with effect from October 01, 2025.
