SG Finserve has raised Rs 30 crore through the allotment of Commercial Papers (CPs), offering a coupon rate of 7.30%. The securities were allotted on July 9, 2026, and will mature on August 31, 2026, carrying a tenure of 53 days. The said CPs shall be listed on BSE.  

SG Finserve (formerly known as Moongipa Securities) is Non- Banking Finance Company that caters to Supply Chain Financing solutions for Indian Conglomerates up to the last possible tier.
