Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, Titan Company has informed that the Company has received penalty orders from Income Tax Department in respect of income tax assessment for Assessment Years 2017-18 & 2019-20. The Company is in the process of filing an appeal against the said Orders. There is no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company due to the said penalty Orders. The information as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with relevant SEBI Circular is enclosed in the Annexure.
