Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. 2. Un-Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. 3. Declaration of 1st Interim Dividend for FY 2026-27 of Rs.4 per share. The record date for dividend shall be Tuesday, July 21, 2026. The said meeting commenced at 11:00 am and concluded at 11:30 am. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in its securities shall remain closed until July 18, 2026. The same is being duly communicated to all the Designated Persons.
