In relation to the initial public offering of SBI Funds Management (‘SBIFM’), a subsidiary company of State Bank of India (‘Offer’) and in furtherance to its letter no. CC/S&B/AND/2026-27/280 dated July 8, 2026 with regards to filing of the red herring prospectus dated July 8, 2026 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai – I at Mumbai by SBIFM in relation to the Offer (‘RHP’), its letter no. CC/S&B/AND/2026- 27/289 dated July 11, 2026 with regards to filing of the addendum dated July 10, 2026 to the RHP (‘Addendum’), and its letter no. CC/S&B/AND/2026-27/301 dated July 16, 2026 with regards to finalisation of the Offer Price for the Offer. In this respect, State Bank of India has informed that: State Bank of India has been informed by SBIFM that, in accordance with applicable law, including Companies Act, 2013, the Prospectus of SBIFM dated July 16, 2026 was filed with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai – I at Mumbai. The details required in terms of SEBI Master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are as annexed.
