Axis Bank has informed that the Board of Directors (the Board) of the Bank at its meeting held today,  July 18, 2026, has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Bank (the Financial Results) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. These Financial Results were subjected to limited review by the Joint Statutory Auditors. The Financial Results along with the limited review report issued thereon by MM Nissim & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants and M/s. KKC & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank, are enclosed herewith and are also being uploaded on the website of the Bank at www.axis.bank.in. The Board meeting commenced at 9:00 am (1ST) and the results were approved at 11:00 am (1ST).
