In this connection, the Register of Members shall remain closed from Friday, August 07, 2026 to Thursday, August 13, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend. The dividend, if approved by the members shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on August 06, 2026 (Cut-Off Date).
