Nestle India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the first quarter ended 30th June 2026 (UFRs). Enclosed are the UFRs along with the Limited Review Report thereon, issued by S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors, and the Press Release relating to the UFRs. The UFRs shall be published in the newspapers as required under the Listing Regulations. The above documents are also being uploaded on the Company’s website at www.nestle.in. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 9:30 hours and the above agenda items concluded at 10:45 hours.
