Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cipla has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., 23rd July, 2026, has approved the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. In this regard, it has enclosed the following for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026: Unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) as per Indian Accounting Standards; and Limited review report (standalone and consolidated) issued by BSR & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Board meeting of the Company commenced today at 09:15 am (IST) and is still in progress. The conclusion time of meeting will be separately intimated to the Stock Exchanges upon completion of proceedings.
