Coastal Corporation has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 3rd August 2026 to inter alia consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 and consider other business, if any. Please be also advised that in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window of the Companywas already closed for all the Designated Employees, Departmental Heads and Directors of the Company from 1st July 2025 and shall reopen after 48 hours of the Board Meeting.
