In compliance with the requirements of Regulation 34(2)(f) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, from time to time, Bikaji Foods International has enclosed the BRSR of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, along with an Independent Practitioner’s Reasonable Assurance Report on identified sustainability information on the Company’s BRSR, provided by Dhadda & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.: 013807S). The BRSR also forms an integral part of the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, which has already been submitted to the stock exchanges, vide letter bearing reference number BFIL/SEC/2026-27/38 dated July 23, 2026.
