Date: 23-07-2026Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), as amended, Vishal Mega Mart has informed that the board of directors of Vishal Mega Mart at its meeting held today, i.e. July 23, 2026, has considered the following: Based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee of the Board, approved Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Financial Results) and noted the Limited Review Reports on such Results issued by Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 001076N/N500013), Statutory Auditors of the Company. A copy of such Financial Results along with the Limited Review Reports are enclosed as Annexure - A; etc.
