Date: 23-07-2026As advised earlier, the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 14th day of August, 2026, at 10:30 am (IST) through Video Conference (VC) /Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility and Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A and Regulation 47(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended, Century Extrusions has enclosed the copy of newspaper advertisement published today in English in Financial Express (all editions) and in Bengali in Duranta Barta (Kolkata edition), confirming the dispatch of Notice of 38th AGM and Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26. The aforementioned documents were sent through email to those members, whose E-mail IDs are registered with the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) or Depository Participant(s), as the requirement of sending physical copies of aforementioned Notice and Annual Report of the Company has been dispensed in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. Further, in compliance with Regulation 36 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has sent physical letters, providing the web-link, including the exact path where complete details of Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 and Notice of 38th AGM is available to those shareholder(s) who have not registered their e-mail address with the Company/RTA/Depositories/DP.
