Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ram Ratna Wires has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 31, 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026. Further, with reference to its letter dated June 25, 2026, the trading window as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended has been closed from July 01, 2026 and the same shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of said financial results.
