Date: 28-07-2026Inventurus Knowledge Solutions has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR Regulations, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 05, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Further, in continuation of earlier letter dated June 26, 2026 under subject 'Intimation of closure of Trading Window' and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company and/or their immediate relatives shall remain closed from July 1, 2026 till August 07, 2026 for the purpose of said financial results.
