RateGain Travel Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, July 31, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, considered and unanimously approved the re-appointment and remuneration of Bhanu Chopra (DIN: 01037173) as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. The details in respect of the above re-appointments of Managing Director, as required under SEBI Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is given in Annexure A to this letter. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:50 am and concluded at 11:00 am.
