NTPC and Evren have signed 750 MW power purchase agreement (PPA) for solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects in Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan. The project, once operational, will generate 2.5 billion units of clean energy annually and mitigate 1.8 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions every year.

NTPC is the largest power utility company in India and has presence in Coal, Gas, Solar PV, Hydro and Wind Power Generation and Coal Mining.
