Ceinsys Tech has informed that Ceinsys Tech has received Purchase Order dated August 4, 2026, from EKS InTec India for Design Planning and Simulation of 4 production lines for a total value of the Purchase Order amounting to Rs. 3,56,91,142.50 (Rupees Three Crores Fifty-Six Lakhs Ninety-One Thousand One Hundred Forty-Two Rupees and Fifty Paise Only) excluding GST. This prestigious order is bagged by the Mobility Business unit which signifies the consideration of wide range of capabilities of the Company. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as an Annexure A.
