Excelsoft Technologies Ltd.

Excelsoft Technologies has received approval for the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company in Canada, subject to obtaining the requisite approvals and completion of applicable statutory and regulatory formalities.

The proposed principal business activities of the subsidiary will include development, licensing, marketing, sale, implementation and support of software products and digital technology platforms, including learning, assessment, proctoring, artificial intelligence and analytics solutions, along with related IT consulting, system integration, managed services and customer support activities.

The incorporation of the subsidiary is intended to facilitate the company's business operations and expansion in the Canadian and broader North American market. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 07, 2026 has approved the same.
