Adani Enterprises’ step down wholly owned subsidiary-- Adani Airport City has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely AACL Global IFSC on July 15, 2026. The certificate of incorporation for the same was received on August 7, 2026. AACL Global has been incorporated to carry out the activities of Global Treasury Centre, as permitted under the IFSCA (Finance Company) Regulations, 2021.

Adani Enterprises (AEL), the flagship company of the Adani Group, is in the business of integrated resources management, mining services and other trading activities. The company operates as an incubator, establishing new businesses in various areas like new energy ecosystem, data center, airports, roads, copper, digital space and others.
