Mahindra & Mahindra has informed that Amit Kumar Sinha, presently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), a subsidiary of the Company, will be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer - Holidays and Lifespaces Sector of Mahindra Group. He will move into this role once a new CEO is appointed at MLDL. This announcement is being made as required under regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
