Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone’s step-down subsidiary -- Ocean Sparkle has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary, namely, Ocean Sparkle Offshore on August 10, 2026. The certificate of incorporation for the same was received on August 11, 2026.

Ocean Sparkle Offshore has been established to conduct its operations locally in line with the company’s marine strategy to diversified its fleet globally. This development further reinforces Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone’s strategy to build one of the world’s largest integrated marine platforms, while expanding the geographic reach of its marine business.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone is the largest commercial ports operator in India accounting for nearly one-fourth of the cargo movement in the country.
