Manappuram Finance informs about monitoring agency report

Pursuant to Regulation 32(1) and 32(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Regulation 162A of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, Manappuram Finance has confirmed that there are no deviations in the utilisation of proceeds from the preferential issue. The company has enclosed Monitoring Agency Report issued by Crisil Ratings, acting as the Monitoring Agency, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in respect of the utilization of proceeds from the Preferential Issue of the Company.
